These terms apply when you use style-lockers.co.uk and when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Who can buy
Our website is for customers in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. These terms are for consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying for a business, please contact us first.
3. Our products
We try to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly between styles. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies. Children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay.
If we make an obvious mistake in a price, for example an item worth £20 shown at £2, we will contact you and you can either buy at the correct price or cancel and receive a full refund. We will not charge you more without your agreement.
5. Placing an order and when the contract is made
When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched, or that it is ready to collect.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify your payment. If we decline your order after taking payment, we will refund you in full straight away.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery and collection
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days): £2.99, free on orders of £25 or more
- Next day delivery: £3.99
- Collection: free from Unit 7A, 1 Bradstone Road, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M8 8WA, once we email you that your order is ready
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Some remote areas, such as Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, may take longer. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us, or collected by you. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you gave us.
8. Cancelling and returning items
You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. Full-price items can be returned within 28 days. Sale and clearance items can be returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in sellable condition, and some hygiene items cannot be returned once opened. Full details, including how to return and how refunds work, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Faulty or wrong items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. You are entitled to a full refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for how to report a problem.
10. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes can only be used once per order unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have an end date or minimum spend. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you return items bought with a discount, the refund will be the amount you actually paid.
11. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
12. Using our website
You must not misuse our website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or copying our content for commercial use. All content on this website, including photos, text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
If you leave a review, it must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are false, offensive or unlawful.
13. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible, and if the delay is long you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything not delivered.

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
18. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
